Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the fr555 website located at fr555.ws, including but not limited to the sports betting service, live casino service, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and all promotional and bonus programmes offered by fr555.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion on the fr555 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with fr555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the fr555 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. You must keep this information up to date and promptly notify fr555 of any changes.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fr555 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. fr555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify the fr555 support team via live chat. The support team is available 24/7 and will take immediate steps to secure your account.

Account Currency

All fr555 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus values displayed on the platform are expressed in BDT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The player must have met the wagering requirement for any bonus funds received before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad is under three hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days.
• fr555 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request as part of its standard security and anti-fraud procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are intended for personal use only. Using bonuses in a coordinated manner with other players to exploit promotional terms ("bonus abuse") is strictly prohibited.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the fr555 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds, time limit, and eligible games are specified in the promotion terms displayed during the registration process. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus during registration to be eligible.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the fr555 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market type, and event. It is the player's responsibility to ensure they understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified, and logged-in players with sufficient real-money balance in their fr555 account.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the fr555 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• fr555 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical failure.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, fr555 will apply the rules specific to that sport and market type. In most cases, stakes on abandoned or cancelled events will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Current maximum bet limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. fr555 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at any time.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any point during an event. bets that have been confirmed before a market suspension are valid and will be settled according to the outcome of the event.

Cricket Betting

Account Suspension & Closure

fr555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).

Upon account closure for any reason, fr555 will communicate the decision to the affected player via their registered email address. Where account closure results from a breach of these Terms, fr555 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where account closure is voluntary and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Intellectual Property
